Returns and Refunds Policy

At SYYRA, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help! Please read our return and refund policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.

• Items must be in their original packaging where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Sale items marked as Final Sale.

• Personalized or custom-made items.

• Accessories, undergarments, and swimwear for hygiene reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Email our team at sayhi@syyra.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Approval: Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send the item(s) back.

3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

• Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

• Contact us at sayhi@syyra.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage or defect.

• We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

• Check with your bank or credit card provider as processing times can vary.
